Goculdas S. Nagvenkar, born on 27 October 1957, is a former Indian footballer, accomplished referee, and football administrator. A loyal player for Sesa Goa Sports Club from 1977 to 1987, he represented Goa State Team in major tournaments including the Santosh Trophy, where Goa won their first title in 1983–84. Known for his pace and scoring ability, he was also a medal-winning athlete in sprint events. Transitioning from playing to officiating, he became a National Referee in 1993 and an International FIFA Referee (1996–2002), officiating in top Asian tournaments including World Cup and Olympic qualifiers. Post refereeing, he has served as Referee Instructor, Assessor, and Match Commissioner under AIFF and GFA since 2003, contributing to Indian football at multiple levels.
