Savio Medeira, born on 20 March 1965, is a former Indian footballer and accomplished coach. A loyal Salgaocar player from 1983 to 2000, he won the NFL, Federation Cup, and two Rover Cups. Transitioning into management, he led Salgaocar to a Durand Cup title and a strong league presence. Savio later served as assistant coach for India, contributing to the team’s Nehru Cup and AFC Challenge Cup triumphs. As national team head coach in 2011, he guided India to the SAFF Cup title. He also served as interim technical director of India and  was the technical director at Sporting Clube de Goa. He presently serves as Head of Youth Development at Bengaluru FC.
